In celebration of Black History Month, the Austin Public Library and Literature Live are proud to present this shadow puppet show. Anansi is a mischievous, trickster character from Africa. One day, as he is walking through the cool, cool jungle, he finds something that helps him play a trick on all the animals in the jungle. Now, will Anansi get away with this, or will someone come along who will teach him a well needed lesson? Come enjoy this shadow show rendition of this humorous African Folktale. Anansi and the Moss Covered Rock is free and open to the public.
